This is both an emotional and financial commitment that you should not take lightly. If you are emotionally committed there’s no doubt you’ll find a way to make it work. So start slashing…number of cable channels, shoe shopping, eating in vs. eating out, iTunes, Starbucks, cigarettes??? What are you willing to give up to invest in your fitness journey?

Why am I still using a trainer? Need I say more…have you looked at my before and after photos? I know, without a doubt, that I could not have accomplished my current fitness level without my trainers.

Who doesn’t love cleavage? It has so many redeeming factors. Cleavage is like a beacon of hope in the lonely abyss of a bar. It breaks down barriers, welcomes you, and is even sometimes a conversation starter.

No surprise…the answer is not that simple…first I need to decide which “zone” I should strive for. Ugh…the “fat burning zone” or the “cardio training zone”. I’m sure you’ve seen these zones displayed on cardio machines. Have you ever thought about what it all means? Does it make a difference? Which one is better and why?
