I do not recommend this tactic for everyone. However…we should all come to a point in our fitbattle where we can take off the training wheels and maintain a healthy diet without feeling like it’s a lot of work. Logging food is work.

Why am I still using a trainer? Need I say more…have you looked at my before and after photos? I know, without a doubt, that I could not have accomplished my current fitness level without my trainers.


How about a Spring Resolution? With the nice weather here in Vegas I’m sure everyone is thinking about the upcoming pool season and getting into that bathing suit. If you set out to lose a pound a week you could lose 10 pounds by Memorial Day.


Many of the sources I checked for information on this subject agree that you can lose weight by making changes to your diet, no workouts required. There are too many health benefits from working out. So ask yourself now… are you ready to make a change that might just save your life? Are you ALL IN?


It’s just like before I left for vacation…one day at a time and if I stumble I just have to dust myself off and start again.


YES!!! I am planning on letting my hair down and having fun on my vacation. YES, I will be taking advantage of the free (well not really free) drinks. And YES, I’m going to hold myself accountable to continue to care for the vessel God gave me…my one and only body while I thoroughly enjoy my vacation.


This enabled me to monitor the calories I burned in comparison to the calories I consumed. Let me say this another way…the BodyBugg gave me CONTROL!


Food Logs: If you’ve admitted that you are NOT Happy Being Fat then it’s time to step up and be aware of what you are putting in your body.
