I’m a little surprised that I’m desiring the treadmill so much. There have been times when I’ve resented it, did anything else to avoid it. But like they say: “distance makes the heart grow stronger”.

daily fitbattle #1131 (fitness is a contact sport…injuries, strains, and pains are inevitable…)
The body amazes me. Here I’m thinking I strained my elbow or some muscle in my forearm (and I did), but in actuality the pain is the result of a strain caused by weakness of deep muscles in my right shoulder. My forearm muscles have been compensating for weak muscles in/near my rotator cuff.

Yesterday I checked in at the physiotherapy center and a different guy (guy #3) arrives in the waiting area to fetch me. As we enter the therapy center he introduces himself as Bob. Hmm…I’m thinking you’ve got to be kidding me, a third guy?

What next? Therapy. I’ve never had therapy (not physical or emotional – hee hee). After the evaluation I got a little therapy today.
